In Transit
All user data including conversations, uploaded files, account information, and payment information are sent using industry best practices regarding traffic: We use AES 256-bit configurations, depending on the browser.
At Rest
We make extensive use of built-in firewalls to protect your data against unauthorized remote access.
Conversations, uploaded files, and account information are all stored and encrypted at rest. Payment information is not stored with us. We use Stripe as our payment processor.
Data Reliability
Kaiivn creates automatic backups on a daily basis to ensure the safety of our data.
Report a Vulnerability
If a bug is identified, we work to fix the issue as quickly as possible. In keeping with industry best practices, we will not disclose security issues until after we have fully investigated any claims, issued any necessary fixes, and made updates widely available through the respective app stores. We use this same approach for all our products. If we ever fix an issue in one of our products, we also work to ensure that it’s addressed in any other products that may rely on the same code.
If you discover any security vulnerability in Kaiivn, please submit a report, and we’ll do our best to fix it right away.

We verify account access through both email/password-based authentication as well as OTC (One Time Code)
When email/password-based authentication is used, we always store individuals passwords with unique salts to add an extra layer of protection to your account.
